The logo for the AGNI Kala Utsava (an event envisaged by AGNI Initiatives – a Division of Anand Nair Leadership Foundation) is centered around the Phoenix and its visual splendour of a Peacock. While the Phoenix is commonly known to represent transformation, death and rebirth in its fire, it’s colossal multi-coloured plumes also represent beauty and art.
It is this form of the Phoenix that stimulated the conception of the logo for an initiative that will always be concentrated around the empowerment of performing and non-performing Indian Art and Artisans not only in India but on a global platform.
The Objective behind the AGNI Kala Utsava is to passionately promote our Indian Art and Artisans across the country and eventually on a global level. Across our nation, there are several genuine artists located not only in our urban areas but also in our large rural expanse. The idea is to attempt to bring as many of them as possible under one roof and to assist them to display their talents to a large segment of Art Connoisseurs, Importers, Exporters, Interior Decorators, Dealers, Art Lovers, etc, for their own growth and recognition in their fields of expression.
The first Utsava is going to unfold on the 28th of July at the India Crusade Campus in Bangalore.
